Kadenz

Know in one week where your IT and data protection really stand, and what to fix first.

What you receive

  • An overall score of where you stand
  • A list of the five main risks, written in plain language
  • Priorities: what to fix first

How it works

  • Nine domains reviewed, including identity and access management
  • Three levels: Basic, Advanced and Master
  • Carried out today by an expert with templates and a checklist; a more automated version is envisaged later

How it works, step by step

  1. ScopingA first conversation to understand your business, agree the scope and name who answers on your side.
  2. Questionnaire and documentsWe send you a list of clear questions. For each one we say which evidence helps (a setting, a document, a list). You answer at your own pace.
  3. ReviewAn expert goes through the nine domains with a weighted checklist: the points that matter most weigh most.
  4. Report and debriefYou receive an overall score, the five main risks in plain language and the priorities. A short conversation lets you discuss them.

The nine domains reviewed

Both formulas cover the same domains, including identity and access management.

  • IT governance and responsibilities
  • Identity and access (IAM)
  • Backup and recovery
  • Workstations and servers
  • Network, firewall and remote access
  • Email and awareness
  • Data protection (nFADP)
  • Suppliers and cloud services
  • Incidents and continuity

Three levels

Same engine, same report, same nine domains. The levels differ in what is verified. In pilot phase every level is delivered by an expert; automation is envisaged.

Basic

The starting point

  • You give your domain and answer a short questionnaire
  • The answers are analysed across the nine domains
  • Result: a score and the five main risks

Advanced

With documents

  • A guided questionnaire, with the relevant documents sent in
  • A report with a score and a roadmap by priority

Master

With verification

  • Everything in Advanced
  • With your agreement, a read-only connection to Microsoft 365 or Google, and a one-hour call
  • We compare what you declared with what is actually configured, and end with a proposal for next steps

What Kadenz is not

  • It is not a certification or legal advice
  • It is not a penetration test
  • We do not guarantee any result: the report describes the situation found

Kadenz is in pilot phase. A first check can lead to a longer engagement, such as part-time IT leadership. Fees are provided on request.
