Who are your services for?
To Swiss SMEs of roughly 20 to 150 staff, French-speaking Switzerland first: too big to go without IT leadership, too small to employ it full time.
Do I have to take all your services?
No. Each service can be ordered on its own: fractional CIO, project management, an identity and access review or a Kadenz check. You can add another later, if it makes sense for you.
Do you work remotely or on site?
Both are possible. We agree the format with you, depending on the engagement and your situation.
How are fees set?
Audits are offered at a fixed price, with a scope defined before we start. Longer engagements, such as the fractional CIO, are quoted. We do not publish a standard rate, because it depends on your situation.
Which languages do you work in?
We work in French, English and Portuguese. This site is available in French, English, German, Italian and Portuguese.
What do you do with my information?
It is used only to answer your request. The details are in the privacy policy.
Do you guarantee a result?
No, and we would rather say so plainly. We stand behind the quality of our work, not behind a result that also depends on your environment. We describe what we find, recommend actions and stay available for what comes next.
Is this legal advice?
No. For data protection, we prepare your approach and identify gaps. For a legal opinion, contact a lawyer.
What is Apuva?
Apuva is the Vingelis software for the daily management of garages and tradespeople. It is currently in its pilot phase.
What is Kadenz?
Kadenz is our IT and security check in one week: a score and a list of the five main risks, in plain language, with three levels (Basic, Advanced and Master). It is in pilot phase and can lead to a longer engagement.
