What this site collects
This site uses no tracking cookies and no audience-measurement tool. If you write to us or fill in a form, we receive the information you enter (for example name, company, e-mail address, message). We use it only to answer your request.
Hosting
The site and the contact form are hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA), which also receives your IP address and keeps technical logs (IP address, time, request metadata) for a limited period under its own terms. Transfers from Switzerland are based on Vercel’s certification under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; for visitors in the EU/EEA and the UK, Vercel is also certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension.
Contact form
Messages sent through the form reach us by e-mail through Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA) and are kept in our mailbox at Infomaniak (Switzerland). Transfers to Resend from Switzerland are based on the standard contractual clauses in Resend’s data processing agreement, adapted for Swiss law; for visitors in the EU/EEA and the UK, Resend is also certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension. The form does not store your message: it records only the outcome and a pseudonymised (salted) hash of your IP address, used for rate limiting.
Backup test
Your answers to the test stay in your browser: nothing is sent or stored.
Retention
We keep the requests we receive for 12 months.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or its deletion by writing to the address above.
